Senses

Children use their five senses to explore the world around them from a very early age and the resources in this section will help children to use and explore their senses in fun and educational ways. Using the Blindfolds, children can isolate each of the remaining four senses in turn and discover how different things taste, sound, feel and smell – great for using with the Smell Pots or Touch & Match Board: these are unusual sensory resources with different textures and children can compare how the Sensory Circles feel underfoot whilst feeling the matching smaller circles with their finger.
